Hey TFKids families!!
As we hang the lights and decorate for our own Christmas celebrations, let’s use this season to remember what’s most important:
- God loves us
- God saw our greatest need, and
- God did something about it!
Jesus came to become one of us and to make it possible for us to be with God forever. And that is always worth CELEBRATING! As everything starts lighting up for Christmas, it feels like everyone is celebrating and everything is pointing to Jesus, the Light of the World. God’s greatest gift.
One way to stay focused on Jesus through the busy days ahead is to use the Advent Calendar that went home with your kiddos from TFKids on Sunday. (Sorry we forgot it!!! Please find it attached to this article.) Gather around every day this month to read the story from the book of Luke of how God sent joy to the world with the gift of His Son, Jesus. While you’re at it spread some joy of your own as a family by enjoying the daily activities or come up with some of your own.
